From office workers to snow-belt dwellers, everybody has days you just crave the sun. It’s no wonder! The sun is a natural source of vitamin D. Vitamin D is reported to increase bone formation and now attitude. Most of us Tonawanda folks have days that our moods need a bit of a lift.
