However it had the same effects on pain and disability as other exercise modes or physical therapy. (2) Most everyone can take a stroll. Some enjoy physical therapy exercise. One group of researchers wrote that up-to-date evidence doesn’t indicate that any single form of exercise is better than any other for back pain relief. That’s interesting!
